Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about WealthX.

What is WealthX?

WealthX is an Australian all in one client platform for mortgage brokers, financial advisers and accountants. It combines professional websites, a digital fact find, a CRM, a client facing wealth app, retention automation and marketing in one system, so you can attract, settle and retain more clients without stitching together separate tools.

Who is WealthX for?

WealthX is built for three professions: mortgage brokers, financial advisers and planners, and accountants. Solo operators, growing firms and large teams or aggregator groups are all supported, with plans for each.

How much does WealthX cost?

Broker plans start at $75 per month for Starter and $99 per month for Growth. Plans for financial advisers and accountants start at $50 per month. Enterprise pricing is custom for large firms and aggregator groups. Every plan is per professional with no minimum term, and you can cancel anytime.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Growth plan comes with a 30 day free trial, so you can try the full platform before paying anything.

What tools does WealthX replace?

WealthX replaces a stack of separate subscriptions: website builders like Squarespace and WordPress, CRM and pipeline tools like monday.com and Pipedrive, client portals like myprosperity and Moneysoft, fact find and statement collection tools, and retention and marketing software. One platform, one login, one bill.

How does WealthX connect to my clients' bank data?

Through Australia's Consumer Data Right (open banking). WealthX is a CDR representative of Basiq, an accredited data recipient. Your client consents to share their banking data, the data is collected securely by Basiq, and it is only made available to the client's nominated trusted adviser. You can read the full detail in our CDR Policy at wealthx.au/cdr-consent.

Is my data and my clients' data secure?

Yes. Data is stored in Australia on AWS Sydney infrastructure, protected with encryption in transit and at rest, and our information security program is aligned with ISO 27001. Our Trust Center, linked in the footer, shows our security posture and live system status.

Does WealthX work with the software I already use?

Yes. Advisers use the data WealthX provides in their own professional tools, including financial planning platforms, advice production tools like Padua, mortgage aggregation platforms and lender application systems. WealthX also has an industry first broker to planner integration with Padua Solutions.

What do my clients see?

Your clients get a white labelled wealth app under your brand where they can see their full financial position, track their goals and stay engaged with you between appointments. That ongoing engagement is what drives referrals and retention.

How do I get started?

Start a free trial from the pricing page at wealthx.au/pricing, or book a demo with our team at wealthx.au/contact and we will walk you through the platform one on one.

How is WealthX different from a typical CRM?

A typical CRM only keeps records for you. WealthX pairs the CRM with a client facing wealth app, live bank data through open banking, a digital fact find and retention automation, and it serves brokers, advisers and accountants in the one system. The result is a platform your clients actually use between appointments, not just a database.

What is a digital fact find?

A digital fact find replaces the paper or PDF forms used to collect a client's financial position. Your client completes it online, their details and consented bank data flow straight into WealthX, and you get an accurate picture without the back and forth of chasing documents.

Can I white label the client app?

Yes. The wealth app carries your brand, your logo and your colours, so clients see your business, not ours.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No. Every plan has no minimum term and you can cancel anytime. The Growth plan also has a 30 day free trial.

What is the Consumer Data Right (CDR)?

The Consumer Data Right is Australia's open banking framework, regulated by the ACCC and the OAIC. It lets your clients securely share their banking data with accredited recipients. WealthX participates as a CDR representative of Basiq, an accredited data recipient, and our CDR Policy at wealthx.au/cdr-consent explains exactly how the data is handled.

What happens if a client withdraws their data sharing consent?

Collection stops immediately, their adviser loses access to the data through the platform, and redundant identifiable data is deleted in accordance with the CDR rules. Clients can withdraw consent in the app at any time under Settings.
